By accessing or using CoinGrind ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

CoinGrind is a gamified productivity platform that lets users create tasks, earn virtual coins and XP upon completion, redeem custom rewards, and compete with friends via leaderboards. The Service is provided "as is" and may change without prior notice.

You may use the Service as a guest (data stored locally) or sign in with a third-party provider (e.g., Google). When you sign in, you authorize us to access basic profile information (name, email, avatar) from the provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You retain ownership of any content you create (tasks, rewards, profile information). By using the Service, you grant CoinGrind a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Guest data is stored in your browser's local storage and is your sole responsibility. We are not liable for data loss due to browser cache clearing or device changes.

Coins and XP earned within CoinGrind are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, traded, or redeemed for real currency, goods, or services outside the Service. We reserve the right to modify coin values, reward mechanics, or level thresholds at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automation to manipulate leaderboards, coins, or any Service feature.
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity.

All trademarks, logos, design elements, and software code comprising CoinGrind are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use the CoinGrind brand or assets without prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after termination with no obligation to retain or provide it.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CoinGrind AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM (IF ANY).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoinGrind, its operators, affiliates, and contributors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
